About 1in8b Play
An independent browser life-simulation project with choices and shared beginnings.
An independent version
1in8b Play is an independent project inspired by the idea of experiencing another life. It is not the official 1in8b.life site and is not affiliated with or endorsed by its creator.
This version develops connected choices, saved branches and friend invitations using a third-party open-source starting point. Reused contributions are listed in the third-party notices; new story text is written for this version.
A game, not a judgement
The game has different goals rather than one score for a successful life. It can include illness, loss and early endings. These are fictional events, not judgements about a player, a family or a country.
